Yes, doctors can issue digital prescriptions for non-controlled, controlled, and controlled with retention medications. For controlled medications, the patient must inform the pharmacy where they wish to purchase the medication, and Viva Care Central will transcribe the prescription into the standard U.S. format. There is an additional cost for transcriptions, and the amount can be obtained through our WhatsApp: +1 (689) 309-2977. For non-controlled medications, the patient can choose their preferred pharmacy. For controlled medications with retention, the patient must inform the pharmacy where they wish to purchase the medication to be included in the prescription transcription.
